Most reasonable estimate, very responsive, did work as described, everything is working well. Bruce has also been very responsive to all my follow-up questions about the project, even more than a month after the work was performed.

First, I really like Bruce the owner. I believe him to be straight forward and honest. Second, his estimate for this job was by far the best of the 3 quotes I received. My only complaint was the clean up after the job. It took him a couple of weeks to fix the sidewalk and haul away excess dirt from the job. He explained he was trying to coordinate the cement pour with another job he was doing and I guess this is how he keeps his costs down. My other complaint was that my yard got really trashed in the process. In the end, his price still made it worthwhile and I would use him again.

Bruce responded to my call for an estimate of the work to be performed within one day. He scheduled the work very promptly and completed the task in one day. I was without water service for only about 1/2 hour. All in all a great job!
