We had the windows installed in mid January, which I was nervous about. Most windows were out and new ones installed in about 20 minutes. The doors left the room exposed for an hour or more, because the work was more extensive. Even in 20 degree temperatures, the heating bill was not appreciably higher for January. Tom and his team lead Paul were very professional and responsive. Worked the days they were scheduled, and the installation looks nice. They removed valences and blinds as needed and made the process pretty painless. I like the windows so far, easy to open and look nice from the outside. Tom provided a very fair price.

The installation was completed quickly and professionally.  One screen was damaged and they replaced it in a timely fashion.

Tom and his crew are great people. They are very friendly, prompt and clean. The quality of the products and installation are top notch. We also had our vinyl shudders replaced as well on 7 windows. I would have no hesitation in hiring Tom's company for more work on our house

We talked about the job at hand.  He explained that the fee was for outside and inside windows.  I asked if he could do the screens and storms.  He did a beautiful job all the way around and was very quick.

Overall, they were very good.  

Windows took about 5-6 weeks to be installed after signing, which seemed similar to the other quoted time frames.  Salesman/Owner, Jerry, was very knowledgeable and friendly during the sales process.  He was a bit pushy about signing immediately, but I explained I needed to obtain other quotes.  Partly this was due to my location (I am pretty far from their offices, and he would have to make another trip out for me to sign, as that had to be in person).

Office woman I spoke to was a bit terse, but she was informative and helpful and returned my calls (email was never responded to).

Installers were on time the day of the install.  All six windows were completed in about 6 hours.  Overall, I was very impressed with how clean and professional they were.  One man worked inside (even removing my window treatments) while the other two worked outside.  Very efficient and all trim and caulk lines were very impressive.  These guys know what they are doing.  I even found my neighbor inspecting the job the next day, and complimenting the work.  They had just had some windows installed and were not happy with the caulking and trim (seeing my work, they actually had their installers back out to "fix" their's).  

Overall, I am very happy with the results.  The windows are making a huge difference with heat/cold transfer (replaced windows were 32 years old, but still).  I plan to replace a bunch of casement windows this summer, and you bet I will be calling ProView first!

One of the owners Tom came out and gave us a quote for vinyl woodgrain windows from Alside. He was thorough and knowledgeable. The only thing we didn't like was the hard sell at that end of the meeting. That put us off a bit. However, his company's reputation, the reputation of Alside, and the price couldn't be beat. We ordered the windows on 2/17/11. Our windows arrived 3 weeks later, and they were installed on 3/17/11. The installation crew were very professional. They explained everything to us. Installation was smooth. No issues. They cleaned up well. There was no debris left around the windows. They also cleaned every window. Before they left, they went over the warranty and operation of the windows. I definitely would recommend Pro View Windows and Siding.

I thought they were excellent. They were on time. One of the windows has condensation and they are coming out and install a new one. They're really good about coming out and taking care of things. The window is still under warranty so I'll just be charged for labor. They're so reliable and they did what they said they would do. I'm very pleased with the windows.

Got two quotes which were very similar. Jerry nearly lost us by being quite pushy at the initial meeting but what did actually swing it for Pro View was their commitment to install before December 31st (for the tax credit). They delivered on this promise. While we were not present during the installation the person who was reported that the installers worked very hard and took great care and attention to detail, She said they were very pleasant to deal with as well. This was great to hear as even the best windows are no good if installed badly. The first morning after the window installation I lay in bed feeling that something was missing ? it was. There was none of the usual traffic noise. I am taking this as a sign of good installation and good windows

ProView got the invitation to provide an estimate based on reviews and reports from different sources. Tom provided the estimate, and while the figure was modestly higher than what I thought it might be, I didn't view it as exorbitant or unreasonable, particularly with the products being used, which qualified for a tax credit. Tom was professional and thorough -- particularly in working with a senior -- and the windows were installed within the time frame established. If I remember correctly, I believe 1/3 payment is required at signing with the remainder due upon completion. We've recently agreed to have ProView perform additional window work. When asking about the senior discount and Angie's List coupon, I was told that these were already built into the price.

Very pleased with the product and installation, and have utility bills to prove the significant savings! The two prairie style double hungs were measured for the wrong windows, and there was a very minor leak of the bay window roof; however, they replaced/repaired both promptly and efficiently. They installed the windows during a few miserable cold and rainy days but were able to keep my home clean and dry. I would/have recommended them to others.

Tom, the owner, gave an excellent description. He also had excellent attention to detail at the time of the estimate. The installers were professional and neat. The door has been complimented by all who have seen it. I am very pleased, and recommend this company highly.

I received three other estimates and Pro-View met the competitor's prices. When the work was completed, the invoice matched the estimate. They were very clean, and easy to communicate with. They are a top-notch professional crew. I am very pleased with the work that they did. From a business standpoint, they were honest and had integrity. I am very pleased and I couldn't say anything bad about them. They are a great company. I also recommended them to my neighbors.

I thought they were very friendly and the installation was very quick. We are currently having a problem with 3 of the windows that will need to be replaced. I did recommend them to a neighbor of mine as well.

They were excellent. One of the owners of the company acted as the primary sales person. He arranged financing for us. The workers were prompt and did a really great job installing the windows and they were done in about 2 days time. We were taking advantage of the tax credit. We would highly recommend them they did a great job at a fair price.
