+ -1 moreI first emailed Tony with a job description, preparatory to conversation. He didn't return my email like before. I called twice and left messages, but no return call. (His voice mail answer indicates he is still in business.) I'm puzzled because the first experience last year was good, I paid promptly, and I am not aware of any complaints about me that he might have had. Well, guess I can't use him again for whatever reason.
Description of Work: Tony did miscellaneous work for me in Aug. 2008. I was happy with him and his work and needed him for another job.

+ -1 moreTony was always available via cell phone. He was responsive to inquiry and could schedule in the work dates conveniently for the renters. (This was non-emergency work.) I left the discretion to him for the best way to repair. I feel he worked honestly and fairly. I will call him again for both the rental unit and my house.
Description of Work: Miscellaneous repairs in a rental unit. Replace shut-off valve, faucets, toilets, kitchen sink. Repair countertop, flooring, electrical switch.

+ 0 moreHe is terrific, very nice, and does not cheat you. His prices are really fair, they are a little hard to schedule because he s so busy, but after you do he is great! He did a wonderful job. I definitely recommend him.
Description of Work: Tony repaired some wanes coating on my bathroom wall and fixed a couple of electrical sockets.
