Tony was always available via cell phone. He was responsive to inquiry and could schedule in the work dates conveniently for the renters. (This was non-emergency work.) I left the discretion to him for the best way to repair. I feel he worked honestly and fairly. I will call him again for both the rental unit and my house.

He is terrific, very nice, and does not cheat you. His prices are really fair, they are a little hard to schedule because he s so busy, but after you do he is great! He did a wonderful job. I definitely recommend him.
