I worked with Mike from TCI Electric on two different projects in Downers Grove. TCI Electric installed all new switches, new outlets, added can lighting, new light fixtures, and replaced the panels. TCI Electric did the work quickly and efficiently. Everyone that came through the house loved the light fixtures he installed. The most impressive part was the can lighting that he added in the super high vaulted ceilings which was not an easy task to do. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. I would highly recommend TCI Electric to anyone looking for an electrician who can take care of anything electrical.

Great, any issues that were brought up throughout the process were taken care of quickly and affordably! Mike and his business partner, Mike (as well), showed up on schedule and were able to work with the city inspectors to come up with complex solutions to make all happy and legally up to code. Have hired him for quick jobs such as install a ceiling fan or put in a few recessed lights, unbelievable quick and knowledgeable!

Numerous emails and texts with cancelled visit after cancelled visit. Mike would cancel at last minute after I had made special trips home from work in Chicago to meet him. Eventually became completely non-responsive. The switch work was done, but the doorbell and generator work were never done.

Mike at TCI Electric is wonderful to work with. He cares about the quality of the job and the satisfaction of his customer. I will be using TCI for another project in the near future. I highly recommend hiring TCI Electric.

At 3:00 in the morning on a Saturday one of our smoke detectors malfunctioned. We needed someone to come out and replace it  that day. I searched Angie's List and found an electrician with great ratings who lived in my town. I called him and he was able to come within an hour with a replacement smoke detector. He quickly replaced it.

     Mike was very professional and I was so grateful to find someone willing to come on a Saturday for a small but important job. Most of the companies listed did not work on Saturdays.  I will definitely recommend him to friends and I will use his company in the future!

I called mike a little after 8 am on a Tuesday and left a voicemail. Shortly after he returned my call and we scheduled him to come out during his lunch break on an existing job. He came right on time, was very friendly, and worked quickly. It was a small job, but I really appreciated the level of service.

There was a problem with the doorbell.  Mike returned and fixed it.

I am a VERY SATISFIED COSTUMER!!! Mike installed all above items per my instructions will no problems. Both ceiling fixtures were swapping out old lighting fixtures with new ones. ALL can and fan installations were NEW cutouts and wiring. Took 2 men approx. 2 days for completion. I HIGHLY recommend TCI Electric Inc.
