T6 Construction

Update: I can't believe I'm typing this: it's November and T6 has still not completed our home. We haven't even been able to get our occupancy permit because T6 is completely incompetent. Almost everything has had to be redone because it's done incorrectly the first (and sometimes second) time. Chris Thulin hasn't set foot on our project in months, and he won't even take a call with us to go over the project list that we had to put together because he can't keep track of what needs to be done. Work has stalled because we've heard from all vendors that they're waiting for payment from Chris. He tells them that payment is on the way, but those are just more of his lies. We also received an intent to place a lien on our home from the framing company because Chris still hasn't paid them several months later. Chris is delusional and won't take responsibility for all the delays; he just keeps blaming other people or things that happened with his business years ago. We've heard similar experiences from other, recent T6 clients. Don't trust Chris's list of references; those are Chris's relatives and/or projects from several years ago when T6 had an actual project manager. Chris keeps telling us each week that the house will be finished, but it's clear by his actions that he's just continuing to string us along.
