Very well. Good communication during the estimate and permitting period. Punctual start to the job with a skilled crew of carpenters to do the framing. Dealt with an emergent problem of a rotting back wall in a professional manner, and was straightforward about the money increase to add that part into the job. We were not happy with some of the drywall work and Robert fixed the problem areas. Whole job was done on time and in time for us to get our kids back in school in the fall.
Description of Work: Second story addition, replaced back wall, new roof, new siding, new electrical service

Overall the stairs look ok. In detail though I was disappointed. There are areas where nail heads are poking through the balusters; a riser that sticks out too far past a post. I had to request that balusters be removed and reinstalled because they didn't meet code for spacing. Since we have stair winders a couple of the treads had to be specially fitted. A couple look great but another two have separated at the seams because they weren't glued properly. From a distance it looks fine but a closer inspection reveals several flaws. Also the job took a week longer than proposed which surprised me because of the number of people working on two flights of stairs (4), I would've thought it be done sooner. Robert's a nice guy, easy to work with but I was somewhat disappointed.
Description of Work: The company was hired to finishing the rough stairs in our newly constructed addition. Our general contractor didn't have someone who he trusted to finish the work correctly (thanks for honesty). Sleeping Bear was referred to us by our tiling sub (Nino's Tiling) who had done some excellent work for us. The work included adding newel posts, treads, risers and railings.
