They had very poor performance. They did not manage work. They allowed subcontractors to do as they pleased without consulting architect's drawings. Then when unacceptable work was challenged, he would argue that it was fine. There were many surprises like notification that he was leaving on vacation for three weeks the night before he left leaving a relative in charge). He did not finish the work.
