Description of Work: Although we signed with another contractor before we received our final estimate from Royal Craft I was amazed at the customer service and professionalism of John Possidoni, the contractor from Royal Craft. He walked into one of the two bathrooms in our house which needed updating and immediately went to the toilet which had water running. Without a word, he lifted the top and fixed the problem in less than a minute. This toilet had been leaking for at least 6 months previous. Another big name home remodeling company rep in trying to sell us his higher $15,000 difference in price warned us to beward of lower-priced contractors and their quality of work. Yet Mr. Possidoni's kind professional gesture of "actions speaking louder than words" made the 'big name' look small in comparison. We would certainly consider Royal Craft if the need arose in the future.
