Not good. Installed toilet on shims, not flush to floor. Looks like a hack job. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They came back out to re-install toilet and did it the same way with no apparent fix to do it correctly.

A toilet bolt had broken loose, allowing the toilet to swivel around - not good. The plumber from Robert Bair and his apprentice removed the toilet and discovered that the original flange was installed incorrectly and the "bolt" was really a screw that was just screwed into the floor. Yikes! He installed a repair flange that would allow for correct bolts to be used to hold down the toilet. In the course of installing the new flange, he had to chip away at tile that was covering the old flange. It was quite a bit of work. It all went well and we're happy to have a toilet that is now and will remain stationary for a long time to come.

Made the right decision in hiring Robt. Bair after getting three estimates. I chose the Trane furnace, evaporator and condenser unit as a matched set. Justin did a great job and showed how experienced he was by providing a complete estimate that they honored. He was the first in and every subsequent estimator confirmed what he told me. The unit is working perfectly and is much quieter than the oversized American Standard junk it replaced. It also is more compact, is better packaged and leaks less. I managed to get this work in before the current cold snap and thank my lucky stars I did. The professional install crew got the old unit removed and the new unit in within 6 hours. Amazing! We are warm and comfortable and I am heartily recommending Robert Bair for your HVAC needs.

Great service. Furnace went out on the coldest night of the year. They came out the same day I called and were able to quickly determine the issue, which was a lot simpler than I anticipated. The tech not only fully got the furnace up and running, but gave me a lot of great tips on air flow through the house and also some great tips on conserving the life span of the furnace.
