Paul did a wonderful job with the replacement of my air conditioning unit. He was very knowledgeable, professional and punctual. There were no hidden "gotchas". I will use him when I replace my heater.

Pawel did an excellent job on and I'm very happy with the final result. installing a new furnace and air conditioner in my house. He carefully explained how he would do the work, the options for choosing equipment and consulted with me on all details on pipe routing etc. His price is very competitive in relation to another quote I got for the job. The installation was done very quickly and professionally. I can definitely recommend to anyone who wants to support a small business owner who can give the job the attention that results in a happy customer.

At first I was concerned because Pawell has a small business and his prices seemed aggressive. However, not only was he incredibly professional, he did outstanding work! He completed the work as planned and returned the space to its original state. Because he was fitting an older furnace with the new condenser unit, he had to fabricate the enclosure. His craftsmanship was great. I cannot tell that it was made by him. I will be using him when the time comes to replace the furnace. I have recommended him to my friends.

At first I was apprehensive going to Pawell because he is a small business with few references. His pricing seemed a little aggressive and I was concerned about his ability to deliver. However, after reading a few references I decided to give him a try. I was very pleased not only with his level of professionalism but also the quality of his services. He was punctual and thorough. He performed the services when he said he would. His workmanship was outstanding. He had to build an enclosure for my new condenser unit because he was fitting it to an older furnace. As you can see from the pictures, it does not appear custom. I recommended him for my associate who was in need of a a new AC unit and I will use him when I replace my furnace.

I want to convey the amazing customer service Pawel has given us since
installing the A/C unit and furnace. This summer, due to lack of
changing the air filters our A/C unit was not working properly. Pawel
offered to come out late, but I declined since it was already late in
the evening. He immediately called back and offered to and quot;walk me
throughand quot; some of the initial steps he would take to see if we could fix
the problem ourselves. We did with his help. Then, when our house was
damaged by a fire, he came out immediately after I called to inspect the
unit to help us determine if a new one was needed. So nice to know you
can always count on him. Your service is appreciated!

I was very pleased with the work done. It was quite the task with re-piping the air to another location in the house. (Needed to re-locate air for a new deck) I was told of the price before work began. Gave me 2 different estimates with 2 different types of units. The quality of the work was excellent. They were super professional and friendly. Prompt service. Cleaned up after daily work. Showed me how to work the new unit. They arranged for someone to come and haul the old air unit so nothing wasleft behind. Strongly suggest them! Great service. Very reliable. Honest!!!

Paul came recommended by my dentist. I reached out to him on a Monday and he came early the next morning. He showed up on-time and after explaining the problem he provided a range of options for the repair. He took the time to explain all the details of each option and helped me figure out how to proceed. He was very knowledgeable about HVAC issues and is able to explain everything in laymen's terms.
Once we decided on how to proceed, he performed the work and took his time to make sure the unit was working properly. He also took additional time to check out our HVAC system and figure out if we could make other changes to improve the efficiency. He also offered his advice on how to set the thermostat to improve the cooling of our house. After he was done he cleaned up the work area.
I was very happy with him and his service. He was knows his stuff and was not a high-pressure salesman, like other company's technicians we've dealt with recently.

We are currently in the process of rehabbing an unfinished basement, so we called a few of the local Heating/AC companies for a quote. We wanted an estimate on what it would cost to remove an existing air duct and replace it with a new air duct in a different location in our home. At first we were skeptic about PW Heating and AC, only because we've never heard of the company, but we decided to give them a chance. We called Paul, the owner and explained the work involved. We were so impressed and decided to have him come out to our home to discuss the project in details. Boy! We were glad. He impressed us with his knowledge, professionalism and most of all, the price. We had other and quot;Big Name Companiesand quot; tell us, we'd have to get a new furnace, change the floor plans and worst, quote us twice the amount.

Well, we decided to give PW Heating and AC the job. All we can say, PW did an excellent job in our home! Paul is an artist at his craft working with sheet metal. He installed eight new registers with adequate returns and dampers in each vent, he used top on the line sheet metal (not the flimsy kind I had), every seam, and connection is air tight with aluminum tape and he ran new electrical service. He even came back for another visit after I complained about the return vent being too loud. He changed the location of the return vent and added some industrial insulation to dampen the noise level. “My system works better now than it did before” I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PW Heating and Cooling.
