Alejandro and his team did a fantastic job on fixing a pipe leak we had in our basement. He was able to arrive very quickly isolate the problem and bring the required equipment quickly. Within a few days our basement was completely dry, including the drywall and ceiling and Carpet. I highly recommend Alejandro and his team.

We had an issue with water leaking around our fireplace. Alejandro came out on a Sunday morning. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in assessing the issue. He advised us on a plan to rectify the situation. He even voluntarily came back out the next day to check the moisture levels in the affected area again. Alejandro was very personable and easy to work with. I would definitely use PuroClean of Downers Grove again if the need arises.
