I was also promised in writing that when we picked up the car, the tank would be full....it wasn't....had to come back a week later and even though it cost me $27 to fill it up, he gave me a gift card for $20. I also asked for some kind of a manual, which again I had to wait a week for. I am still waiting for the molding to be fixed - the Used Car Manager doesn't seem to be the least bit concerned about this. My salesman was a perfect gentlemen, and maybe he is just busy, but it is in writing, they got their money, I want my molding. OH, and I also mentioned to him on the test drive and again when I picked up the manual that my left turn signal doesn't turn off when I make the turn....we will see if they fix that if and when my molding ever comes in and if and when they ever take care of it. I really think a month is long enough to wait

Got one price for car, including tax, then after I signed an agreement on price, the manager springs at me "don't forget about your taxes". Typical games by car dealerships. When I complained to the head of Pugi, I didn't get a response. Will never go their again.
