The sales manager, salesman, and finance manager were all excellent and weren't pushy at all. The were genuinely concerned that we were satisfied with our purchase. They let me drive the cars until I was comfortable with what I wanted to do. They made it a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them. I would definitely buy from them again.

I purchased a 2013 Genesis in mid-September. I wrote a check for $40,500 with the proviso that Pugi would deliver a couple additional parts the following week. After not hearing from Pugi I followed up and spoke to the Sales Manager who promised the parts would be ready the next week. Another follow up and still nothing. I followed up with a couple more calls, then in late November drove to the dealership to obtain the promised parts. After a lengthy wait, parts appeared and were installed, yet the plates were still nowhere to be seen. I was told they would be ready to pick up in the next 2 weeks. They subsequently mailed them to me. My issue is that I was never allowed to weigh in on my experience with a dealer survey. I was told by the Hyundai Customer Service national hot line that some dealers, when they suspect a customer may provide a less-than-stellar survey score, either provide incorrect information to the survey company or inform the company that a survey was sent but was never responded to by the customer. The Hyundai Customer Service representative called Pugi on my behalf, letting them know of my situation, but was told that they had nothing to say to me. I was never thanked, never followed-up on, never provided any contact whatsoever by Pugi. Pugi's customer service is the very best example of how to repel repeat customers, and how not to take care of customers that have purchased an automobile from them. I'm disappointed that after having paid cash for a new Genesis, I've been treated like a pariah. I'll never purchase another thing from Pugi and would recommend anyone else that values customer service to steer clear.

After perusing the inventory on the website, I was able to call and have several cars reserved for a test drive. The salesman, Joe Stach, was patient with me as I debated over my options. He never tried to sell me a car that I wasn't interested in or above my price range. Joe, made me feel comfortable during the and quot;paperworkand quot; process by offering refreshments and even cable television to watch. Everyone at the dealership was knowledgeable when questioned. The process seemed painless and I drove away a happy lady!

Pugi Hyundai provides prompt service and they are done when they say they will be. Since I purchased my vehicle there it is under warranty and I will continue to use them for future services.
