So I wrote one review for Vicki and Platinum Partners for our first venture- and I had to write a second for our new location.

Vicki helped us find our first location in Naperville back in 2013 when we opened up Our Home Energy.  She did a fantastic job, so we decided to use her again when we merged with another company and wanted to relocate to a more central location.

We were more educated this time around (Thanks Vicki!), and wanted to view even more locations than the first time. Once again, Vicki was the most pleasant professional and found the PERFECT place with great access to major highways in Lombard.  We signed the lease and moved in August.  Vicki has now made our 2 moves less hectic and stressful. 

I cant wait to call her when its time for me to sell my house!

We were opening a new business in 2013, and needed help finding the right location.  Vicki was referred to us through a trusted friend, so we gave her a call.  She came out and met with us to discuss our needs, and brought up so many questions that we had never thought of when selecting a location & building.

Within a short period of time, Vicki found multiple properties that matched our requirements.  She took extra care and time in helping us visit- pointing out the positives, and the potential pitfalls of our choices. 

At every step in the entire process Vicki constantly exceeded our expectations.  I can honestly say that Vicki Whipple, represented us in a highly professional manner and always with exceptional character and impeccable integrity.  I would not hesitate to recommend her services, and the services of Platinum Partner Realtors, to anyone looking for a true professional!

We made a cash offer on a house that Platinum Partners (Vicki Whipple was the agent) was selling. During negotiations we agreed to pay a higher price if the sellers would provide a home warranty. It was agreed to, and noted on the contract. During closing, both of our lawyers failed to notice the checked box for home warranty, as did I, and a week later we realized we didn't have one. When we brought the issue to Vicki and her lawyer Sally, we were by turns ignored, given the run around, or told it wasn't their problem. We never actually got to speak to Vicki about it because she wouldn't talk to us, only the lawyer would. At one point she "negotiated" with the client to get a small sum of money, which she then offered to us so we could buy our own policy, but the amount didn't cover half of the cost, and we pointed out that we were supposed to get a warranty, not have to do the research and purchasing ourselves. Her lawyer also kept ignoring our lawyer's calls, and would, very unprofessionally, contact either me or my agent directly and try to get us to agree to take the money because "we wouldn't get any more out of the seller." In the end, my realtor purchased the warranty with the check from the sellers and collected the additional money from all parties involved, my lawyer, herself, Vicki's lawyer, and Vicki, although I believe, from an email i saw from Sally, that she paid Vicki's share because "Vicki didn't want to deal with it." I found the whole incident both frustrating and unbelievably unprofessional.

They give personal service. They listen to what you have to say. They try and accommodate your needs. I would use their services again in the future.

What I liked about them was that they responded very quickly and came out quickly to meet with us at our convenience. She came out to assess the house, but also gave us a printout of her qualifications and expectations in the whole selling process. I thought she did an excellent job the first time I met her.
