Pat's Painting

Once again, Pat and his team were wonderful! They did an amazing job, were responsive to our needs, and worked extremely hard throughout the entire job. My neighbors were very complimentary after watching Pat and his team work. I would hire them any time!!!!!!

This is the third time we've used Pat's Painting, and the services performed continue to be outstanding. The outside of our house was a bit worn. Pat's Painting first power washed the siding (one person for a full day). Then they painted the exterior trim, doors, garage door and about 40 shutters (4 people for 2 days). They do a high quality job, take pride in their work, are pleasant to deal with and charge a fair price. When we need painting again, Pat's Painting will be first on our list to contact.

Service, quality and cost have always been exceptional. Very responsive and honest.

We have now used Pat's Painting twice. Once at our former home last year, and now at our new home. Pat's crew is professional, courteous, and highly skilled. The paint lines are sharp and his drywall patch work is exceptional. Pat was also flexible with our schedule which required the work to be split into two parts because the floors were being refinished. We will continue to call upon Pat in the future.

Excellent. Couldn't have been better. We needed to coordinate timing with Pat's Painting, the counter top provider, the glass contractor for the shower and the floor/wall tile installer. Pat worked well with us to make sure the timing of the project flowed as planned. Pat is a great communicator and responds quickly to emails and phone calls. The quality of the work was excellent. This is the second time we have used Pat's Painting, and we will likely use him again for any future painting projects.

The painting was done on time and my living room looks great.

Outstanding quality and responsiveness

Pat and his crew were great. Awesome prep work on the walls. Painting was great and crew cleaned-up and vacuumed every night. The work took a full week and everyone was polite and courteous.

Pat Daniher and his workers, Pat and Mike came over and repaired the ceilings (replacing drywall in one area), painted them and left the work area neat and clean. Their work was meticulously done and there is no trace there was ever any damage. This was all accomplished in just a few hours. I would hire them again and will happily recommend them.

I truly can't recommend anyone more highly than Pat and his company! Pat is extremely meticulous and does really high quality work. We started working with Pat about 4 years ago when we repainted our previous home. We'd had some pre-move-in work done by another painter and found the work to be really sloppy. We tried Pat based on reviews and his very reasonable estimate and couldn't have been happier with the outcome. When we purchased a new home, there was no question we'd use Pat again! We wanted to have the painting for our new home completed before we moved in, and he worked with us (and around our other contractors) to make sure it was completed within our timeframe. The work ended up taking about 12 days for him and one other painter (it was a big job!) and was started and completed as expected - plus he worked over a couple Saturdays to make sure he was done when we needed him to be. Pat uses high quality products and takes great care to make sure your home and belongings are protected. Our hardwood flooring was refinished immediately before he started painting and there wasn't so much as a smudge left behind! We've also been extremely happy with how the painted brick fireplace turned out! it's a 26ft high, 6ft wide floor to ceiling red brick fireplace that was painted white - it was prepped, primed and painted and could not be a more dramatic change for the better! It came out beautifully. All the work did. Both my husband and I are very picky when it comes to how work is performed in/on/around our home, we usually find ourselves having to check up on people to make sure things are being done according to plan (and for what we paid for) and I've never had to do that with Pat. He does what he says he'll do and he does it very well - this is now the second home I've lived in where I've received compliments on the paint (and not the color - the quality of the work!) VERY WELL DONE - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I stress enough what a great experience this was. The work is perfect. Pat did a spectacular job of patching holes and corners. He caulked around all trim. The edges are perfect. The clean up was amazing. They vacuumed regularly throughout the process. Everything was left exactly where it belonged. Part of the project was to patch a crack in the hallway. This area had been painted by someone else, so Pat's ceiling paint did not match. He went home to get a different white and it matched perfectly. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect! Pat works with his two sons and another young man. All were friendly and professional. I will never have anyone else paint for me again.

Pat's Painting is a small, family owned and operated business. We had 5 Angie's List A rated companies submit a bid and selected Pat's Painting. Pat and two sons completed the job, which took 3 1/2 days (he estimated 3-4 days in his proposal). They were punctual - arriving and leaving as promised, polite, very respectful of our house and cleaned up well. The biggest compliment that I can give is that I would definitely use them, again.

Pat and his crew were amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!! So professional. Dealt with our scheduling requirements. The rooms look beyond wonderful!!! We will use them again and recommend them highly!!

Pat provided a competitive quote. He used the paint we requested. Holes and cracks were repaired nicely. Paint lines were taped off perfectly. Pat and his crew moved furniture, covered areas with drop cloths, and cleaned up after themselves daily. The job was completed within the expected time frame. Overall very positive experience and will not hesitate to use Pat again in the future.

This was the third time we had Pat's Painting do work at our house and once again he did a great job.  Everything was done in a timely manner.  As always he cleaned up both areas when he finished.  The next day he called to be sure we were happy with the job...which we are.   Pat also said that it didn't take him as long as he had estimated so he lowered the price from his original quote.  We just can't recommend him enough. 

I can still see exactly where the old fan used to be. The 'patch' is not smooth at all and still extremely visible whereas you should not even be able to tell where it was - poor quality.

Purchased due to an Angie's List deal they were offering at the time and positive reviews but very disappointed in the quality - it needs to be completely redone but we just haven't gotten around to it yet. We've used other service providers for drywall and taping that have done a significantly better job. They need to stick with painting and not do drywall repair.

Updated to add - no hidden agenda, Angie's List continues to badger you if you use a service provider and don't provide a review (even from years ago). I was tired of getting numerous emails, alerts every time I opened my account, etc to submit a review so finally completed one. If I had a hidden agenda we would be contacting you five years later to fix it. I'm glad your other projects have gone well.

Pat was true to his word, polite and professional. Workmanship was excellent - son Mike did exceptional painting and I am pretty picky. What really impressed me was they were not here to rush the job. They took the time they needed to do it well and do it right. I was very pleased. This was the first time I used Angie's List and was not disappointed.

Pat and his two sons arrived promptly on the morning of April 30.  After  a couple introductions, they did not waste any time getting the furniture moved and covered and deciding who would be doing which areas.  Everyone was polite, friendly, and very professional.  First they did all the repairs, making sure everything was dry and smooth before starting to paint.  We couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they worked.  They only had to come back for a couple of hours on the second day.  When they were finished, they cleaned up everything and moved all the furniture  back to where it belonged.  They even vacuumed up the dust along the baseboards from sanding.  We just couldn't be happier with our choice of painters, and we are actually having them return in the fall to paint our living room, front hallway and kitchen.  My husband and I are extremely happy with Pat's Painting and happy to highly recommend them.
