Everything was great. I have used Mr Ouska many times and never disappointed. He is very professional, always punctual and I am totally satisfied with the outcome.

Greg was a consumate professional from the start to finish, beginning with the estimate where he described his services, as well as what a good steam-cleaning involves. He broke down the estimate prices to make it easy for us to balance our need for cleaning with our budget. The day of our cleaning, he arrived on time and got right to work in a pleasant and relaxed way. He was willing to move furniture as he cleaned and then raise it on pads for drying. His cleaning method of thorough vacuuming, application of cleaner followed by a pure water steam extraction resulted in well cleaned and fresh looking carpeting. The finished carpet was damp to the touch and dried over the next 24 hours. We appreciated his friendly demeanor and the professional results we received.

Greg arrived exactly on time and set to work. My family room carpeting had two very high traffic areas that really needed attention. The two area rugs were definitely overdue for a cleaning. All three look amazing! I was surprised how much brighter the color of the white area of the rugs became after Greg cleaned them. We have had other companies clean the family room and the high traffic areas still look bad. They look fantastic after Greg cleaned them.

Greg gave me his card and told me to call after the carpeting dried if there was anything I was unsatisfied with. Three days later, the carpets still look beautiful.

Rock solid estimate with no hidden costs. Equipment is mounted in, and powered by, the truck. Greg, the owner, does all the work. He is knowledgeable, professional, and was right on time. He was careful not to damage anything by overspray or by tracking in dirt. Our carpets are older and had never been cleaned. We were very pleased with the results. I had considered purchasing a home carpet cleaner and doing it myself. It would not have approached the cleaning power of Greg's unit. Dry time was about as expected: With a box fan most was dry to the touch in about 3 hours, and by the next day furniture could be moved back to permanent positions and protective sheets removed from under the legs of the larger items that are left on the carpet after cleaning.

From the beginning quote until the date of service, communication was clear and polite. Owner/operator described service, gave quote, and scheduled date. A call was received to confirm a few days before also. Owner/operator came out and moved furniture, cleaned carpets, raked and dried. This was the best carpet cleaning I have ever used. Prices were slightly highter, but well worth the price.

Overall, it went great. He moved the furniture pieces in each room and had extra long hoses that connected to his van in the driveway. It was a painless experience and even cost me less than the estimate. The carpet in my entire house looks amazing for being the original carpet we put down in our home. My comments to him included, "Wow, it's a miracle!" regarding how great the before and after difference was.
