No Name Painters did an amazing job on the exterior of our house. They were very thorough and detailed throughout the painting project. Tim and his crew were very professional and timely. They catered to our custom requests and performed numerous home repairs. The repair work was of high quality. We are very happy with the end result and will be reaching out to them again in the future.

The team did a PHENOMENAL job. The project took seven days. They spent two entire days just taping the edges. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with the care and precision that went into just taping. Painting itself went off without a hitch. We chose colors from Sherwin Williams, but they used a different paint brand. There were no issues converting the colors to the other brand. HIGHLY recommended!

Very well. I tecommend them for neat work timeliness and care. They are more expensive than other quotes but well worth it given our specific high ceilings and poor wall surface in garage challenges. Thank you!

Due to the reviews on Angie's List, I called No Name Painters for an estimate on a small kitchen project. I needed to reduce the size of the cabinet above my fridge as we are purchasing a fridge that is taller than the present one and thus to fit in, a new and smaller cabinet was needed. Mary came out on a Friday and was nice, she took her photos of the kitchen, gave her design recommendations and said that she cant have the estimate to me that day but would have it for me on Monday. I received no phone call on Monday or for that entire week. After hearing no word for 10 days, I called the company and left a voicemail of the situation and I still have not heard back from this company.  I am sorry but a promised phone call to give an estimate on a small project shouldn't be a tough thing. I am not going to call again as a professional company would have called me on the promised day, provided an estimate and shown an interest in obtaining my business.
No word on an estimate? No return phone calls? Very disappointing.

Highly satisfied -- punctual, professional service (including peripheral details like incidental minot electical work and lock replacement) and high quality results.

The first time they painted the house and they did not cover everything. There was still spots that were not even and you can see the previous paint color still. I called them to inform them of this and asked them to repaint everything. over the next week they did come to repaint my house. Everything was still not right. Today, 9/1/15, they called to let me know they were coming out today to look at everything. When they came they painted the spots I saw. They asked for the payment afterwards, but you could still see the spots like before. The owner stated I was seeing things and was pressuring me to pay them. They stated they have been here several times and refused to paint the spots I saw. They kept badgering to pay the remaining balance of the work. Also, while they were painting my house, the crew used my sink and they broke my bathroom sink handle. It went down the drain and they tried to get it out. While they did that, they broke my pipe. They left to get parts to repair my pipe and they told me it was fixed. After they left I found a towel that was full of water and noticed that the sink is still leaking. This is the worst experience I have ever dealt with. They are not profession at all and I feel like I was taken advantage of.
Response from No Name Painters

"[Removed member name] file was opened on July 27, 2015 and completed to her satisfaction on September 1, 2015. [Removed member name] job was 99% completed within one week; however, she took a flash light around her living room, kitchen, hall, 3 bedrooms and one bath for the following 4 weeks. We were contracted to paint the fan blades in the kitchen, but agreed to paint the additional 4 fans for Free. Our carpenter added trim pieces around her kitchen cabinets for a more updated/finished look at No Charge to her. A decorative piece on her bathroom faucet did indeed drop into the drain. However, our job site manger replaced the pipe at no charge when he was unable to retrieve the piece. This customer phoned our office and personal cell phones multiple times on a daily basis throughout the day and well into the evening. We worked around her personal schedule and accommodated her medical needs/schedule as well as the needs of her pets. We asked her to sign off on a dated document stating that she was satisfied, because as she prefaced her initial appointment for bid with us...that she had to go to court with the last painting company that she hired because they walked off the job without completing the work. No Name Painters went above and beyond with [Removed member name]. Our staff was both professional as well as patient."

They were punctual and professional. We did have a problem with water getting into electrical outlets and shorting them out. We had a follow up call with an electrician to repair the problem.

......too pricey. More expensive than 2 other estimates we got. We used a union painter who did not currently have a union job. Way more economical and we would use him again. He did a great job with interior painting, and we got inside and outside trim painting done for way less than interior only estimate than No Name.

It went perfect. They also have painted the house for us as well. They provided a beautiful colonial blue and we love it. They are very professional and very accessible.

The job went very well and we are pleased with the results.  The company was very responsive and we were able to schedule the job in a reasonably quick time period.  The painters were professional and the newly smoothed wall surfaces turned out nicely.  While the wall sanding generated a lot of dust, the painters kept things fairly tidy and cleaned everything up when they were done.  They even helped move a piano during the process.  We had used No Name Painters before and we would definitely use them again.

Did very nice prep work, prepared walls that had lots of holes from pictures & posters. Washed ceiling, primed and painted.

I was very satisfied with them. My overall experience was good. They did come out when they said they would. They finished when they said they would. There were a couple of things that I think was a negative. When they left, we found some spots on the rug. Maybe they had some oil. They did well as far as painting and restoring the room to the way we wanted it. There was no problem. They did a nice job. They finished on time. They weren't the lowest but they were pretty much in line with what we had thought we would pay.

The painting went very well and was on schedule. The re-model of the bathroom drug out and since they were very busy their responsiveness was fair to poor. The quality of the work was good. I think their responsiveness would have been better during a less busy time of year.

Never got the estimate -- it's been 3 to 4 weeks and I called & emailed 3 or 4 times.  One time he told me he was busy and secretary was on vacation.  Then the next week I would have the estimate in a couple days.
Needless to say we never received an estimate.  Disappointing - if you don't want to do the work, tell us.  Don't rudely ignore the matter especially when we were following up to get  the estimate.

There were eight people to complete the work. It took them five to seven to complete the work. They did a really professional job in their area of expertise. They were on time and professional. They were helpful and the price was really good. I would tell friends and family to expect a competitive bid. They can do practically every type of work.
