They did the worst job of any cleaning service we have ever had to clean our house.  They didn't wash the floors properly, vacuum the family room properly (there were dust bunnies on the floor) or wash the family room floor or the bedroom wood floors. 
When we first called them they told us they would send out a crew betwn 1 PM and 3PM.  We told them we had 3 bedrms, 2 1/2 baths, living room, small dining room, kitchen and family room. They said it would cost betwn $150-$200 for a good cleaning.  We have never paid more than $120 but since their ad looked more professional, we went with them thinking it would cost only $150. 
Four of them arrived just before 2PM with all of their equipment.  We decided not to have the master bedrm and bath cleaned because we had just cleaned it ourselves.   My wife told them to clean the kitchen cabinets with a wood cleaner instead of just wiping them down. 
They just spot wiped the kitchen floor and the family room floor.  They didn't wash the kitchen floor or the other wood floors and when they were done, they handed us a bill for $253. The house didn't even smell like it had been cleaned. We complained about the price to the head of the team but it did no good.  We called the office.  They told us that was the price because they had to do a deeper cleaning than they originally estimated.  They wouldn't even budge. 
Don't use them or you could be sorry!  We will never use them again.
