+ -1 moreWhen I was looking to have the work done, I went onto their website. You can make appointments, coupons, you can print out coupons, you don't have to go hunting for them. It was nice. I would use them again. It seemed like it took a little longer than it should have.

+ 0 moreI go to them. I don't usually go to anyone else. It's a chain. They don't do any work until they tell me how much it is going to cost. They haven't called yet to tell me the cost. I have even told them to do the diagnostics as well. I like them because I feel like I can trust them. Everything is in the books so they know exactly when I had the last transmission flush or when I had the last tune-up done. They have everything on their computer. I like going there because everything is in one place. You can trust them to do what's needed on your car and give you an honest feedback.
Description of Work: I try to use Merlin's Muffler & Brake exclusively. Right now my car is over there. They have done tune-ups, oil changes, and tire rotations for me in the past.
