See the above notes. Our concern is the management of McMaids. We feel that the management particularly THERESA is arrogant and rude to existing customers. We were totally satisfied with our crew itself most of the time but feel that there were no honost concern when there was a problem. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE due to the rude way were were treated by THERESA>

On a 1 to 10 scale, they did an 8. Considering all the work they had to do I think they did a great job. Especially in my master bedroom. They were prompt and punctual and worked the whole time. They were very professional.

Maids came on time, I told them exactly what I wanted done. Checked on them twice and both time they were diong something not asked to be done. Finally had them call office Their communication skills were bad. Customer service rude so I fired them.

Very professional initial contact by phone.  Very thorough cleaning job by a crew of three or four staff.  One is in charge as supervisor.
