LYNN'S HOME ESTATE SALES

Met with Lynn the begining of July to plan a estate sale for the end of July. Lynn thought that it would not be possible to have the sale with that short a notice. Lynn decided that she would squeeze us in between a couple of her other sales. Lynn and her work crew were great, they started when they said they would and actually had the clean up of all the garbage complete sooner then they thought. My father had his basement filled with all of his treasures from the last 40 years. Lynn's crew went throught everything in the house and basement quickly seperating the good items from the garbage. This was my first experince with planning a estate sale and was very happy that Lynn's crew also cleaned the entire house as they went through everything, and once the sale was over the left over items were donated to a local childrens charity. My overall experience with Lynn's Home Estates Sales was very positive and would definetly recommend her company to anyone in the Chicago area looking to plan an estate sale.

Once we chose Lynn's Home Estate Sales, we executed a contract and gave Lynn the keys to the house so she and her group could go in and sort through the unique. She did a great job in arranging and displaying items as well as categorizing items. She was able to tackle every problem right away (permit issues, moving items from the attic to the garage, etc.). She even let me sell quite a bit of jewelry from my mother's estate as part of the sale - she had to hire a security guard and have special display cases - but there is no way I could have made as much money on the jewelry if I were to go to a pawn shop, a local jeweler or even sell it in an on-line auction format. Lynn promised to have the house cleaned out within 3 days of the sale and that she did - it is immaculate and ready to be put up on the market!

It went very well and they cleaned up everything after the sale and took charge of donating all unsold items to a local charity and cleaned the whole house after that...I would highly recommend them to others at any time.

Lynn and her crew were on time, very polite, and providing us with the means to sell the household items in my parent's house.
