The staff is so very nice and helpful, the process of getting my blinds taken down and hung back up was quick, and the quality of the cleaning was incredible. This company will definitely have my business again! A+ Job!!!

Lovitt Blinds did an excellent job on the cleaning and custom window coverings. They are very nice people to deal with. Jim Lovitt is a great guy and oversaw the final pricing of the combined work and the onsite staff that came to our home were a delight and very professional and easy to work with. My wife and I highly recommend Lovitt Blinds!

The cleaning part of thigs when very well. FOR THAT I WOULD GIVE AN "A" - These blinds came with the home we bought and had probably never been cleaned. As for the repair - at least one of the "clips" had broken and we needed that fixed. Since these are older bliinds I was told that they don't make that part so Lovitt did what they could to repair it. However when I went to hang the blinds they didn't hang right. It looks as though other clips were damaged and/or when fixing the broken one the blinds just didn't unfold correctly. I texted the pictures to the owner or manager and never heard from them. I didn't call again - I let too much time go by since I have my own business to run and writing it off to them deciding they either didn't want to take responsibility or that I was going to be too much of a pain to them.

Terrible. Blnds came back almost as dirty as when I dropped them off. Since I dropped them off I was told to bring back and they would give white glove treatment. I questioned Jim and was told they never had problems before and dirt was probably worn in. FALSE. Dirt can still be easily wiped off. I feel like blinds may have been dipped in clean solution but never wiped clean due dirty water staining and previous dirt not removed.

"Our company offered to help this customer out 100%. All the customer had to do was to bring back his blinds, or even just one blind to prove that the blind(s) were still dirty. (which he stated were still dirty) The customer did NOT show back up, therefore we were NEVER able to help this customer out. Our company would have re-cleaned ALL of his blinds FREE of charge. Our company would have even upgraded this customer to a FREE delivery & install. (Which the customer NEVER even paid for to begin with) The customer's blinds were extremely dirty BEFORE our company ever touched the blinds. These blinds were in such bad condition & it was very clear that this customer NEVER took care of his blinds. Our company has written & signed proof, FROM THE CUSTOMER, that ALL Cleaning Sales would be FINAL & there would be NO REFUNDS. Our company had to have the customer sign a wavier, due to the bad condition that the blinds were in PRIOR to our company ever helping out the customer. IF the customer would have brought back at least ONE blind ONLY to our store, we would have been able to prove that the blind was still "dirty" & we would have been more than happy to help him. However, since the customer failed to prove ANYTHING to our company & he failed to show back up to our company, we were NEVER able to help this customer out....there was NOTHING else we could do."

The blinds look very clean! I should mention that the blinds are over ten years old and have never been cleaned, and now they look like new. I have been in three times, bringing one or two blinds at a time because it is easier for me that way. They are very nice people and they get the work done fast! In a day or two I am right back to pick them up! I highly recommend them and will absolutely be back with more blinds very soon. They have a nice showroom and I may even pick up a new window treatment sometime.

Justin, the sales person, arrived our place on schedule and detailed the process they would use to clean the very old, delicate blinds. He was detailed in pointing out that their process would guarantee the blinds would be clean but, because there was significant exposure to the sun and other elements, some stains and fading might be noticeable. He explained their warrantee terms (which are fantastic!). He offered three working days turnaround time and delivered accordingly.
We decided to have their third party installer deliver and install the blinds.
What a pleasant surprise. The blinds came back looking almost line new. We could not believe it. Kudos to Lovitt.
Also, the installer Jim, was terrific and reasonably priced.
Lovitt also sells new window treatments. We will be using them to replace old blinds in our home.
Lastly, they are very customer-centric with an outstanding sense of urgency and pride in the work they do. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

The provider cleaned and repaired (new cords as they were on recall) 13 Hunter Douglas shades and cleaned drapes in living/dining room, the kitchen, master bedroom and den. Replaced one blind that wasn't a Hunter Douglas (cost $426). Delivery charge to and from was $128. These two charges were include in the price listed above.

They attempted to re-glue the blind that needed to be replaced. This writer instructed them to stop and reorder a new blind. The blinds and curtains look brand new.

I would indeed recommend Lovitt.

Draperies and valances were entirely wrinkled when returned. An employee attempted to steam out the wrinkles when he brought them back. He came again and steamed the draperies and valances but was not able to remove the wrinkles. I requested a refund and was told to call Jim Lovitt, who identified himself as the owner. Mr. Lovitt did not return my first 2 calls. He did call after my third call. He was unwilling to see the draperies, and he was also unwilling to issue a refund. Because he was not going to fix the draperies and he was not going to take responsibility for the damage done, I filed a complaint with my credit card company against Lovitt Blind and Drapery Cleaning. And although Mr. Jim Lovitt insisted it would do nothing more than instruct me to sue him, I did receive a full refund from Visa.

They picked them up and usually returned them a couple of days later. There was a power shortage because of a bad storm we had here so we got them a few days later, but they had no control over the weather. The job was done very well. I thought it was done very professionally and the cleaners that they work with were very friendly also.
