They did an excellent job and were very quick once the project began from start to finish. They also did a great job cleaning up once everything was done. Thanks to Josh for working with my insurance to get the extra items needed from the storm damage like my siding that they only wanted to repair. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer or siding company.

Very well, both Juan & Joshua kept me up to date on delivery of products & when work was going to be done. They left everything clean after leaving. The work was done well and in a timely manner. They went over details of what was done. I have another roof to replace and I would hire them again when I am ready to do it.

It went well,Our home is more efficient the air does not run as much as it did.Josh was very detailed upon inspection.Had 2 other contractors estimate the job. They were a bit lower in price but did not go up in the attic and check things out.These guys know what they are doing,in fact there work will pay for it self with lower heating and electric bills

Josh, the owner of Lifetime Xteriors, and his crew were very professional and very prompt. I had some repairs that I needed done and not only were these problems fixed but also others that I did not know about. I would hugely recommend this company to anyone that needs a new roof or needs any kind of repair work. Going forward if I ever need any other work done to my roof, this company will definitely be the first call I make.

From start to finish they were as efficient as one would hope. Arrived when they said they would and departed 8 he later with the Job completed and all clean up finished. Very pleased with the new roof and the effort with cleanup. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others or hire them again should the need arise.

Making phone calls to me to keep me updated on the process and even following up after the work was completed to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I am a Realtor and Josh and his team repaired a roof for my client before closing. They were efficient and reasonably priced. Then we had a client that needed a whole new roof and Josh's team did an amazing job on it. The client was extremely happy! Most recently we needed some siding repair and attic vents installed before closing and a few days before the guy we had flaked out. Josh and his team came the morning of with a large team to get it done in the short timeframe required to close that afternoon. He is now our go-to contractor and I am looking forward to doing more work with him soon!

I really can’t say enough good things about this business. Josh is very knowledgeable and runs a top notch operation here. He went over everything in great detail, showed me pictures of any potential issues with my roof, discussed various options, quoted me a very reasonable price, and gladly answered all of my questions (of which there were many). Other companies I called were less than enthusiastic about tackling my issues, to say the least, so I’m super grateful I found these guys. The crew showed up and 5 guys knocked out all the repairs I needed in just a few hours. I’m definitely calling these guys first from now on anytime I need further exterior work done. Lifetime Xteriors for the win!

I got estimates from 3 businesses and Lifetime Exteriors was the only one who could handle the frame work on the garage and the roofs. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They helped us work with our insurance company and our budget. And trust me when I tell you that our insurance claim was a major problem. They were patient and very understanding that the insurance claim was delayed in payments because our adjuster was clueless. I strongly recommend this company!

1Builders remodeled my apartment recently and turned it into my dream space. They designed and redesigned the structural plan, which created more space than I had anticipated. Not only did they design a very modern kitchen and spa-like bathroom, but they transformed a hallway into a walk-in closet, and salvaged the original fireplace to create a beautiful, peaceful living space. The quality of the work was excellent, and they worked well to navigate all the construction complexities presented with a downtown West Loop loft building. 1Builders was willing to adjust the works to ensure that I was happy with the final outcome. It was a pleasure to communicate with Juan and Josh, who consistently kept me updated throughout the project. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. They conducted themselves with nothing but professionalism, and nothing was considered finished until it was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend 1Builders for any remodeling needs.

The service is excellent. The price is reasonable. The missing shingles on the roof was replaced before the winter start.

Very good. I am very happy, it helped sell my house. They knocked down a wall and opened up the kitchen. They had that idea.

We had 2 other companies come out for an estimate, one never got back to us and the other just didn't compare to the transparency and professionalism of 1 Builders. We have a large & complex roof with 8 skylights & many valleys, Josh took the time to go over the different brands, warranties, and colors available; even gave us local addresses to go see previous homes' finished roofs for a more realistic perspective. Installation day came and an army of 8 or so workers laid tarps for debris and got to working. They went above and beyond; installed a chimney cap and screen for us. Josh stayed to be sure everything went off without a hitch! The work ethic of all involved was top notch. Thank you 1 Builders!

We hired Juan from 1 Builders Inc to remodel our bathroom. What a great experience!!! Our home is an older home with a rather small master bathroom. It originally had a pedestal sink, toilet, walk in shower and a linen closet. Juan suggested removing the linen closet since we have another one in the hallway. By removing the linen closet in the bathroom and changing the layout of the bathroom, we were able to gain a double vanity which gave us more storage than we had before. We also decided to put 2 shower heads into the walk-in shower. These changes allow my wife and I to get ready at the same time in the same space. This is crucial. This is something that we were unable to do before. Thank you 1 Builders for doing such a great job and for giving us a wonderful space. We LOVE it.
