Furniture - Sales
I was not happy with the sofa that I purchased at Jennifer Convertibles. The sofa and the warranty were expensive and after the warranty ran out the leather started to peel off. I would not use Jennifer Convertibles again in the future.

The store manager was great and made this a fun sales experience. They talked frankly about pros and cons of features, styles, etc. Also, they had many display items on sale at a discount and did not shy away when we asked about them. When we made a purchase, he was very thorough and even helped us carry items out to our car in the rain.
