They were very good.  The job was perfect.  They were very professional.  They went beyond what was part of the job.  We never had a problem with them.

We have used this company for weekly cleaning services for the last 18 months. They initially did a great job and we were very happy with them. There customer service was initially very good. However as time went on the quality of their work began deteriorating. At this point they are not worth using for us. Recently I came home on more than one occasion to find the ottoman upside down on the couch with an uncleaned rug thrown over the top. Everytime I come home it takes it extra time to find where they have moved things. I'm still looking for my spatula after a month. They are very friendly and usually do a good job when I am at home to observe them. However for the last several months I have been unable to supervise them due to my work schedule. During such time the quality of their work has diminished substantially. Last week my wife was at the doctor and our nanny was watching the children. The nanny told us one lady remarked and quot;You all left too many dishes for me to cleanand quot; and she proceeded to put some of our Waterford crystal in the dishwasher and ruined it. It shattered as we removed it. We complained and requested they reimburse the $85 for the glass. We were told that the owner didn't believe us and wanted to see the broken glass to and quot;make sure it was Waterford.and quot;and quot; I fired them today. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The scheduler at the office was friendly and helpful. The crew was on time, worked quickly and quietly. They even got one of the windows that had been painted shut, which I hadn't been able to open for several years, unstuck. Great job.
