Gus and Gus alone is the only reason I have a house. I was just coming out of a bankruptcy/foreclosure, and Gus was the only one who EASILY got me approved after 15+ lenders denied me right away.  Every lender along the way I was met with the same response about my credit history and how they didn't have a program for me.  Gus knew how to work through the "Back to Work" program and got me approved in no time.  Obtaining a pre-approval from him is a 100% slam dunk that your loan will close.  He put the due diligence in and when he was comfortable that I would be approved under this program, he then issued a pre-approval letter.  This isn't like other lenders that will pre-approve you and then go on to make you jump through hoops and get denied later on down the road.  He is a very down to  earth guy who is available 24/7, nights, and weekends.  I talked to him so much that at the end of our process he almost felt like a family member.  I was definitely speaking to him more on a daily/weekly basis than a lot of my own family. He was always happy to email or call me at any hour and put me at ease through the entire process.  He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was a satisfied customer and closed on my home.  Everyone deserves a 2nd chance and Gus will make sure that 2nd chance is a reality for you and your family.
