It went great!

Overall, the experience with Geek Squad was positive. The main tech was very professional and even hooked up the soundbar to my DVD player. He explained and showed me how to work both and they hauled away my old TV and no additional expense. I had an old home theater system that they hauled away as well. The only non-positive thing I have to say was about the second tech, he pretty much just sat on my couch and did nothing. He was not professional by any means and seemed very immature. Obviously, did not take his job seriously. He did manage to take out all of the boxes, that's pretty much it.

Computer works much more efficiently now.  Geek Squad also installed Windows 10, upgrading me from Windows 7. I like the fact that for the $200 I paid, I have this service available for a full year for my family's three computers and the work can be done remotely.

He did an excellent job and explained all the controls as well as giving us his card to call if we have any problems.  None so far.

The job went very well.  No serious problems. I would not hesitate to use their services again and to recommend them.  Of course, I'm sure the quality of service will vary according to which staff member is assigned -- but I think they select carefully. Contact & scheduling is through Best Buy's 800 national "Geek Squad Customer Service" phone number (Or at any Best Buy store.) Note that they are NOT cheap! (Standard "fixed" price of $150.00 for about 40 minutes work on site.)

Fine! Randy called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled appt, which was fine with me. Even though there was a little misunderstanding about having the old TV in place & cable box not ready, things worked out. He was able to get the TV going & explained the basics so I could run things. He sold me a cable to hook up the Blu-ray. Then removed all boxes & left no mess. All paperwork was explained to me clearly. I also called him the next day as TV wasn't coming on. He was able to answer my question over the phone, so I did appreciate that!

Done quick efficient and it works.

Tech arrived on time. Got started right away and worked until job finished. Installed TV onto the wall, could not hide wires due to being a vintage building, but tied them up neatly. Took close to 2.5-3 hours. Sold a universal remote for $59 which he says was a discount plus $49 to program. Very polite and professional, experienced technician. Box were left behind since if it needs to returned or replaced, if must be done so in the boxes.

Excellent responsiveness and detailed explanation.
I would highly recommend them.  They are probably a bit pricier but worth the slightly higher price for their quality and care.

.They did a great job. They ran into a few unforseen problems and handled them efficiently. They could have charged me more because of the problems and it took a bit longer but they didn't charge us anymore. They were great. We would use them again. My wife was bit  worried about drilling through walls and they didn't mind taking the time to explain it all to her and explain to her the difference if they didn't so she was comfortable with them doing the work.

I think the price for the part may be the same amount as the warranty. They never bring the part with them. They have to come out twice. They fixed the ice maker three times on my refrigerator.

I knew what model that I wanted, so I went to the manufacturer's website to find a retailer close to me. It gave me 2 stores. Best Buy had the best price and the model at the store. They offered free delivery. The sales staff was helpful. I would be happy to use this store again.

They were just marvelous. I originally bought the computer from Georgia and they still honored the warranty. They charged me absolutely nothing to fix the machine. They did some expensive testing on the computer and it was a very good experience. They did very well.

I FELT LIKE IT WAS A BAIT & SWITCH JOB. THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY OF THE PHONES THAT WERE ON SALE & DIDN'T KNOW WHEN THEY'D BE IN & COULDN'T HOLD ONE FOR ME. I NEEDED A PHONE SOON, SO ENDED UP GETTING ONE THAT WAS MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE THAT I HAD PLANNED TO GET.

SCHEDULED TIME WAS ADHERED TO AND INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. FLEXIBLE WITH MY WORK SCHEDULE. THE SYSTEM WORK GREAT!

I TOOK OFF 2 DAYS FROM WORK TO HAVE IT DELIVERED ON WEDNESDAY. I CALLED MANY TIMES AND THEY FINALLY SAID THEY WOULD COME THE NEXT DAY. I TOOK ANOTHER DAY OFF WORK AND THEY STILL DIDN'T SHOW UP AND STOPPED ANSWERING MY PHONE CALLS.
