+ -1 moreSteve Flores 1) responded to my call within a day, 2) appeared as scheduled and provided a written estimate, 3) scheduled the repair to begin within a few days to meet our time constraints. His promise of a 1-day completion was fulfilled. Very efficient - materials arrived early, crew of 8-10 worked together like a well-oiled machine and completed the job in about 6 hours. The only negative has been some difficulty contacting a person to discuss findings of an FHA home inspector related to the roof.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced entire roof -old shingles, rotted plywood decking, vents
