He worked on two outdoor silcocks that were leaking profusely. The first one he was able to repair with parts that he had in his truck. The second needed to be replaced from the basement. Both now work great and do not leak.
I also had him repair two bathroom sinks where the lever to the stopper had become disenagaed. He handled this easily.

He went online with me and looked through different materials and we discussed what materials I would replace it with and how easy parts would be. He easily spent 30 minutes to an hour helping me make the choice on that which I think was very above and beyond duty. In the past he has also replaced my hot water heaters, sump pumps, bathroom faucet and installed 4 new toilets.

THEY SENT OUT A NICE GUY TO DO THIS WORK, BUT IN BOTH CASES HIS WORK HAS A BIT SECOND RATE. WHEN HE FIXED MY TOILET, HE TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD PROBABLY LEAK AGAIN IN A YEAR OR SO. I ASKED HIM IF HE COULD HAVE DONE A PERMANENT FIX, AND HE SAID THAT HE COULD HAVE, BUT HE DIDN'T GIVE ME THE OPTION AHEAD OF TIME. I HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE WITH THE FAUCETS, ONE OF WHICH WAS POSITIONED BADLY AND WILL PROBABLY CAUSE ME TROUBLE DOWN THE ROAD.
