DUPAGE LAWN CARE

Dupage Lawn has been doing our yard work for the past several years and I would not use any other company! They are extremely professional and courteous in the work they do! We have a little over an acre of land and the guys that come out do an excellent job in lawn mowing and weed whacking plus the many other services they provide with regard to lawn care needs and landscape! In my situation I have had health issues and Monica and Bryan are always available to talk with and work with! I highly recommend them for any and all lawn care needs!

DuPage Lawn Care quoted me much lower than anyone else I spoke with. I should have known I would get what I paid for. The first two weeks they came after it had been pouring rain. After they mowed, parts of our lawn looked like it had been trampled all over. It was cut very unevenly, and the edging was haphazardly done and not done everywhere. Customer service was very kind and tried to be accommodating, even providing a free cut to make things right for the 2nd cut. But when they did the exact same thing the next week and leaving the lawn looking even worse after cutting again during the same wet conditions, I tried to contact them to figure out a solution to make things right. I was told Bryan was the only person who would be able to make any kind of decisions but he was always "in the field" or "out of town" and could never return my calls and messages, only replying occasionally by email. He dodged questions about what they could do to make things right and just continued to assure me that things would get better once the rain stopped. After 2 weeks of trying to get an answer, he finally said that our ground is too soft for their mowers and they can't get a good cut, but still refused to answer me on how they could resolve the lawn they had already ruined. I can't even get a hold of them to cancel service. Maybe they are great for some others, but for me this is an absolute nightmare. Be careful if you decide to work with them.

The service works out good.  Two guys come out and it takes them about an hour to complete the work.  I would say they do a good job and are dependable and flexible.

They charged me for $510 for removal and a dump fee of $190. I have been in this house for 18 years and never paid more than $250 for the same job.

THOUGHT CHARGES WERE HIGH FOR THE WORK THAT WAS DONE FOR THE MULCHING AND FERTILIZER. THERE WAS A LOT OF MISCOMMUNICATION. THE MEN WERE SUPPOSED TO COME ON A FRIDAY, DID NOT SHOW UP, AND ENDED UP COMING OUT ABOUT A WEEK LATER. THEY DID CALL. THEY WOMAN CALLED AHEAD AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD BE COMING. THE MEN DID A GOOD JOB, AND WORKED VERY HARD.

The woman who answered the phone stated they didn't service our area. I didn't think 15 mi outside of Downers Grove was far; nevertheless, she said she would speak with the owner and get right back to us. We never heard back from her either way.

I called and spoke with Bernice to schedule the work. She answered the phone when called and provided by the hour pricing. She was responsive, courteous and professional. She said she would check the schedule and called us the next day with a date for the service. We were able to have the work done in a few days.

These guys do a great job.
