Great process throughout. DuPage adjusters worked with our insurance company to ensure approval. Paul was very responsive and sensitive to our needs. Scheduling was easy. Construction crew left some debris on the grounds of our house but the construction manager came out the next day to make everything was cleaned to our satisfaction. Roof looks great. I recently had a flier dropped off on my porch. I was skeptical at first but gave the free roof inspection a try. Right from the start, my adjuster, Paul Larson, was extremely professional. After the inspection he showed me what he saw and from there him and his team did all the heavy lifting with the insurance company. They setup the meetings with the adjusters, worked with Ins, setup the roof/gutter replacement, which was done in one day (roof and gutter on separate days). Paul and his team made this whole process extremely stress free and easy. I didn't have to do anything besides be in contact with Paul. They were able to get Insurance to cover my entire roof placement. I would highly recommend this company/team!

Our area was hit by a severe storm that caused extensive damage to our house and garage. The initial company we used to assist with our claim could only manage to get my roof covered.
