Don Hinkle is great to work with! I had a problem with my sewer main and he came right out the next day. He listened to the symptoms and my assessment of the problem, explored my basement with me and then investigated outside as well. He was very knowledgeable talking about what it could be, what he's seen and knew exactly what to ask and where to look to uncover the problem. He diagnosed the issue and came up with a solution and plan right away. He came the next day to rod out my sewer which was the core fix and did a great job and scoped the line before and after to show me the difference it made. Don did the work himself, he was courteous, easy to communicate with and work with, and highly effective at solving my problem. 5 stars! I'd recommend Don to anyone for what he does.
