TV Repair
After 2 weeks we called and were told that the repair parts had not yet arrived but they should be in by the Thursday or Friday of that week at which time he would call and schedule an appointment. Called again on October 20th since we had heard nothing. Set up appointment with him for October 23rd. He did not show up. Sent certified letter to former address because he had moved and the telephone number was disconnected. Received call on October 30 promising to show up on November 2 or 3. Did not show. Received call on November 6. Set up appointment on November 7. Showed up with a new board as parts were not available. Charged $350. Now the television works but the picture is distorted in places and is not full-screen. Called to return to adjust picture and was told that he would when he was in the area. Have not heard from him.
