Computer Repair
Called to find out about their services when my laptop crashed. Dan gave me info on the phone about cost for initial diagnostics and an approximate time frame for this process. I brought my phone in at 10am when they opened. I reviewed my issues with Dan. He said they would call by the end of the day with options based on the diagnostics. He called early afternoon and indicated that the hard drive was failing, but the data could be recovered for an additional fee or we could try to put in a new hard drive. I opted to have the data recovered, brought him an external hard drive and was able to pick up the files the next day.
