David on the Spot

He is on time. And he works very quickly. His work is high quality.  I was very pleased with him and I will definitely use him for all my future "handyman" jobs.

Went very well. Davis himself was the person doing the work. Showed up on time with all the tools he needed. Did not make any mess and was very polite. I would definitely hire him again.

Excellent. I have had multiple problems with hiring people for small projects due to them being small. Dave on the spot was not one of them. I will always use him. He was polite and did what he said he would do. I actually gave him a tip due to his price being so fair.

Nice guy, honest. There were other jobs he knew he couldn't do and didn't fake it which I appreciated. However he quoted a time (charges by the hour) for 6 jobs - took longer and was only able to do 3 of he jobs. Still charged the full hourly rate so we paid more than expected and had to have someone else to do the rest.

Everything I have had Dave do, he does exceptionally well. He takes pride in his work and everything is completed with great accuracy and not only looks good when done, but also works as intended. He is punctual and if he is running a little late, will call or text to say what time he will arrive and then he is there on the minute.
He is easy to work with, tells you what additional items might be needed to perform a job and will run to the local hardware store to get them. I don't think there is much he can't do. And he is a very professional person as well. He cleans up the area he has worked in and leaves it looking better than when he started.
I will use Dave again for the many projects this house needs in the future.

-Installed woodwork throughout 2 BR condo
-Installed dishwasher
-Changed shower head
-Repaired hole in wall under bathroom sink

David performs his handyman jobs after his regular job, which worked very well for us. We had the morning to run to get materials and supplies, then back to the condo to let him get to work. Each day he arrived ready with the tools required for that day's work. He was both diligent and efficient, even though he was always having to work around our mess from jobs that we were doing. Once finished for the day, he cleaned up the area's in which he worked.
David was honest and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends, and, in face, have already done so twice!

Let me first say, I was nervous hiring a one man company for my project, but a friend recommended him. I was pleasantly surprised when he answered his own phone, no answering service, and he showed up on time as promised. I thought for the work he did, his price was almost unfair to himself, so I gave him a tip. I was very comfortable with David in our home and overall thought he was a great worker and trustworthy. We would hire him again.
