I was impressed with Jay's thoroughness throughout our rehabbing process. He spent approximately twenty-five minutes surveying the bathroom and taking notes on the conditions in the bathroom. He sent me the estimate for the job in a timely fashion and was able to show up to fix the bathroom two days after he first visited the house. He worked efficiently and kept the workspace clean. When Jay finished, the bathroom looked as good as it did before we had to rip up the flooring due to mildew problems. It was also a pleasure to pay the bill, as the final cost matched the estimate Jay had provided earlier. My husband and I were impressed with Jay's work ethic, honesty and skills.

I was very pleased with him. He was great to deal with. In fact, I was going to use him again for some work. I m going to call him again. He came out and looked at it. He talked to me about what we could do to solve the problem. He reused as much of the material as possible. He said there s no sense in paying for what can be reused. He did the neatest job and he totally cleaned up. He rectified the problem that had caused these things to come down. He did a very nice job. He was good about responding to phone calls and getting back to me. He came when he said. He did what he said he would for the price he said.

Jay came exactly when he said to review the work and get information for his estimate. He phoned with his estimate exactly as promised and gave a date by which he could begin work. Despite bad weather, and some changes on our part, Jay did the work as scheduled and as agreed. His work was excellent, he cleaned everything and was very polite and easy to work with.

Jay gave us an attractive estimate and completed the work as expected, on time, and within the terms of his estimate. He is honest and strives to do quality work. He is a good listener, discussed options with us, and helped us decide on the best fix for various projects. He was extremely punctual and asked us to inspect the finished product(s) to make sure of our satisfaction. He is a thoughtful person who takes pride in his work. Jay is a decent man, and it was a pleasure to work with him.
