we had to go in and pick our granite, pay half, and then have them come out in measure, FYI_ you can go straight to the company out in Wisconsin and factory order and cut out this middle man, who likes to be a shyster, fudging on the already agreed upon price!!! note you will have to pay extra to have old counter tops removed not in the deal!!!

"We always try to be extremely transparent with the specifics of what Cabinet Brothers Provides. We are not contractors and do not complete any of remodeling or repairs internally. We are strictly design and material supply experts. This affords our clients total objectivity where Cabinet Brothers can assist in oversight to insure all of the design elements, pieces, parts, details and positioning of the design are implemented correctly. We do have relationships with contractors that have decades of demonstrated consistent experience, where we can make a recommendation based on the complexity of a specific project. Cabinet Brothers insists the client pays, negotiates and interviews a recommended contractor to avoid any conflicts, since Cabinet Brothers does not accept commissions or fees of any type. Again we do our best verbally and on our web site and marketing to make this clear, but understand in the fast paced world folks can still miss this. If you buy cabinetry it certainly does not include installation and it's the same with countertops. Hopefully this helps clarify your situation in a brighter light."

They promised in their Ad that they will do 3D Modeling and will provide design ideas. They did not provide any design ideas, they referred me to a contractor. They sell cabinets which is fine with me but what we expected was to help in providing some design ideas for the bathrooms, instead they sent generic pictures and 3D image of the bathroom. They used pretty much same cabinets image for all the bathrooms.

We are somewhat confused by your response since we designed 3 distinct elevations and drawings and visited your home on more than one occasion. In addition we had several conversations over 3.5 hours of design and planning. With the thousands of fit and finishes, colors, wood, tiles, faucets, paint colors we can only guide clients, and they are the final arbiters of their ultimate choices. I hope you seriously consider improving your rating, since the $49.00 vs the value, drawing, travel and consultation with Jack F should make some sense. As a final note Jack F is a master designer with over 35 years of experience."

He came to my house as promised. He gave me all available option in kitchen remodeling. We are in the process of deciding , which budget to proceed with , since , we have lots of project going on in our basement .He was very professional in his job. He did not do any formal construction work except designing our kitchen.

Steve came in and took the measurements of my kitchen. About a week later, he emailed me with the drawings of my kitchen. He gave me options for purchasing the right cabinets for my remodeling job. I am very satisfied with the job he did.

It went very well, I have a very small kitchen and most show rooms and magazine examples show for very large kitchens. Cabinet Brothers assisted me in finding and choosing exactly the right fit for my kitchen with the cabinets and the counter top. They were there to answer all of my questions and were happy to assist with all of my concerns. I found them to be extremely professional. I am happy with the work provided as well as with the cost and will definitely use them in the future and I would recommend them to others.

They upgraded a certain line but the results were incredible and the small increase in cabinetry more than paid for itself in holding costs. Plus the granite and cabinet color combinations were stunning.
