Matt and Cheryl are two of the most customer-service conscious people that I have worked with. We initially contacted them when our original Budget Blinds franchise went out of business, and we were in need of warranty service.
They were instantly accommodating, even when we hadn't made the original purchase from them. They provided prompt, efficient no-charge warranty service, and when we next needed window treatments, they were my first call. Ultimately Budget Blinds (Matt and Cheryl Henrikson) have been our go-to company for window treatments ever since.
We first purchased from them for our entire office several years ago, and now that our home treatments are beginning to fail after 12 years, have just ordered the third room in our home from them.
