Exceptionally well. There was extensive damage and after the repairs were finished, my 9yr old car basically looked new. In addition to the repairs themselves, the car was returned and the interior was completely detailed. Overall, an outstanding job!

Very happy with quality of repairs performed,but lacking in the communications department.Website offers section to request status of repair,but was never answered,most emails went unanswered,or had to be sent more than once,failed to notify of extra damage not included in estimate,or inform of the delay the accompanied it.If you don't mind being the one to initiate all contact,and do it by phone then bring your vehicle to them for their high quality workmanship.

I brought my car in for an estimate. The employee looked at the dent and the car specs and I was provided an estimate on the spot. I scheduled service for the following week. The work was completed in the timeframe provided and at the amount of the estimate provided. You cannot tell the door was previously dented. I would use Bob Carter’s Auto Body again.

They estimated 2 weeks for a repair to a rear quarter panel with no structural damage. They took three weeks which was more time than the insurance co. allowed for a rental car. They took too much time for a fairly si,ole repair.

US$ 1342. Based on the schedule, the work was done and costed me less than estimate. The quality of work is good and reliable.

The car looks and drives like brand new. You would never know it had been hit. The only reason I gave a B on punctuality is because one part just did not work, and they had to get another part. They had to wait on my insurance company for approval, so that really wasn't their fault.

We started noticing rust and decided to get it repainted. Mike Carter showed us that we did not need the hatchback or the back fenders repainted, just the rest of the car, probably saving us $1000. I benchmarked the price against what the dealer thought he would pay. Bob Carter's charged me a little less than benchmark.
