Description of Work: As I was already running late for work, my 2009 Toyota Camry would not start. It has been acting up intermittently for the last few days. Today it would not start at all, and there was not any cranking sounds at all although the lights were strong on the dashboard. I was worried about a probable high cost of a repair affecting my tight financial budget. I was not comfortable to take it to an auto repair shop nearby nor did I want to take it to the previous auto shops that I had been to in the past and recently, having encountered the negative experiences of the unreasonable pricing, poor quality of work and very short period of repair warranty provided. Therefore I did a quick online research and came across Bob Auto Repair. The shop had excellent ratings of almost of all the comments in the reviews. In summary, the total cost of the repair including that of the vehicle problem diagnosis would have been $185. However, David was so generous that he did not charge me for diagnostics. He really made my day. I hope that there are more people like him, being friendly, professional, honest, reasonable at pricing and generous at times for a possible minor repair. Since then, I have refered my relatives, colleagues and friends to go to Bob Auto Repairs for future auto repairs. I myself will definitely go back there.

Description of Work: My car had an unusually complex problem with dying and not idling right, which turned out to be a couple of different things at once. Unfortunately, most of the population does not realize that 90% of mechanics have no clue what they are doing and always take the easy way out to band-aid problems, which cause even more problems, and they still charge you a full price. I wasted a few hundred dollars taking my car to different shops, but none of them fixed the problem. However the last place suggested I should take my car to Bob Auto Repair and see David. Bob Auto Repair was the only shop in town that was able to diagnose it. David fixed it amazingly and even kept in line with the estimate. They even fixed another problem that another shop had screwed up on my car while it was there. I have been ripped off by mechanics so many times I can not bare the suffering of others in these type of issues. Bob Auto Repair and David with all of his crew are the only place I will take my car to. They are by far the best and most honest.
