+ -1 moreBella was recommended by a co-worker. JP came out and inspected the roof and worked with our insurance adjuster on determining that the roof required replacement due to wind damage. He then came out and measured the roof and took notes to create a quote. We were told that we would get a quote within a few days. We didn't receive one after a few weeks. We called and again requested a quote and was told that "things had been busy" and that we would receive a quote within the week. A few more weeks went by (by then we had two other quotes) -- we called and said again that we wanted a quote. We were told that he would e-mail us the quote within a couple of days. Again no quote. Obviously, they didn't want our business.
Description of Work: Roof removal and replacement -- Bella Construction did not perform the work.
