I have a large house, around 4,000 sq ft with a lot of windows, plus an English basement with more windows! He completed the job thoroughly and relatively fast, considering all the windows I have. He also changed a recessed light bulb in my 2-story family room that had been out for a couple months! It was easy to make an appointment and he arrived right on time.

I've used B&M a few times now over the years and have been very pleased. I will use them again and would highly recommend them.

Mark came over promptly at 8:00 and got on my roof and quickly removed all the leaves in my gutters. He is a very nice man and seems very competent.

They did do a very nice job and they come very promptly. They did a very nice job. They were fair for what they did.

They do a very nice job. You call and tell them that you need cleaning done and the man comes out usually within the week unless the weather makes them delay it. He leaves the bill in the mailbox. They do a fine job. They do what you ask them to do and they show up and do the job. The most important thing is that they don't bother you while they are doing it.

Returned call promptly and provided an estimate within 1 day. We set an appointment and he called several days in advance asking to reschedule, which was fine. However, on the original date, he called again and said he could come. It was no problem because we were home. He was prompt, professional and did a good job on the windows, screens and sills. In addition, he replaced anything he removed (like curtains) and was careful with blinds. I will definitely use the service again.
