What ever you do...don't count on the furniture warrantee. It is not worth anything; they will not honor it. And the quality of their furniture is very low. Honestly you need to look to other furniture stores. We purchased quite a bit of furniture from them for our new house. One piece was a nice leather sofa for well over 2,000.00. It lasted only a few months before the leather started peeling off. I have leather all over my house and nothing is peeling except for the furniture I purchased from them. I called the warrantee number and spoke with a Amy and then her boss Joanna and received the run around. They sent a furniture inspector to my house; he said the sofa needed to be replaced and it was "definitely a defect". He said to wait a while and I'd hear from the store....they never called. I called them two weeks later, they said they would order "the part". I'm not sure what "part" they were ordering for a leather sofa that was peeling. They also said that the part would take 90 days to order. 90 days later I called, not in yet. 120 later I called, the next month I called, not in yet. The excuses where "it is being shipped form overseas", "it is in the Truck", "it is in the container in the port". Finally when I had enough I asked to talk to the manager and Joanna told me that "we don't have to repair your sofa because it is peeling because of your body oils." Seriously....don't order from them because body oils will void your warrantee..

The furniture quality is fine the only thing is that they're computer system was screwed up so we had to wait a long time. The price was good for what we got. Over all it went well but we had to wait an extended period of time because they had glitches with they're computer system. Then when you try to pay for it and get out of there took us a long time so that's the only complaint that I had with them.
