It was very good. They were very polite . He was sorry for what happened that he didn't came on time . He made up for what is happened it was completed with a good job.

Excellent. Changes were part of an overall landscaping project and downspout installation needed to be coordinated with landscaper & grass/plant installation. Excellent communication between Anderson and the landscaper - project completed seamlessly.

They completed the work when they said they would and did a great job. Before I had the work done, Tom Anderson was always available to answer questions. I spoke with him on the phone at least a few times to discuss possibly installing gutter screens. He was never pushy. I decided against the screens for another year because I had just moved into my house and am not sure if they will be necessary. I want to see how my gutters look after a full year. Tom never once tried to push me into any products or services that I did not need. He is a genuinely nice, honest guy and I look forward to having his company clean my gutters, wash my windows, and possibly install those gutter screens in the future. I strongly recommend Tom and his company.

The two men were here about 45 minutes +/-.  They placed the gutter debris in buckets, they did not throw it on the ground.  They scraped the gutter to loosen the hardened debris. They placed all the debris in a large container in the back of their truck and took it all away.  They did a very good job.

Poorly, I have a gutter that was never fixed and and 4 different invoices with random prices and scratched out amounts.  I asked Tom or Jimmy ( the gentlemen who did the original work) to come out so we could discuss. Tom did and said he would return with different elbows and possibly run a new gutter down the side of the house, I was up for all of it?he set and appointment and never showed.


Update 11/13/14, in response to the company's response:

I am happy to pay a bill for services performed, no services were performed. Anderson Window and Gutter is attempting to muscle the money out of me by threatening collections. Bottom line, my gutter was not fixed, it remains how it was before they came out, what am I paying for?

First time I called to schedule, we were told the gutters would be scheduled to clean the next week.  We were quoted $150.  No one ever showed up or called.  Second time I called, we were told the gutters would be scheduled to clean the next week.  Again, no one ever showed up.  I think this is their standard response.  A couple weeks later, we received a phone call asking us if the work had been performed to our satisfaction - but the work had never been performed.   It was finally scheduled for that week.  The person they sent to perform the job called first and asked what we had been quoted and if we had gutter guards.  We told him $150 and we had gutter inserts.  He seemed very displeased and told us it would be an additional $25 to remove these inserts and dispose of them.  They arrived and performed the work.  That evening, my son was outside and found the gutter inserts laying in our yard, in the bushes, and stuck in the tops of trees.  The invoice reflected a charge of $200, which had been crossed out and written in as $175.  Overall, our experience with this company was unsatisfactory.  I would not recommend them to anyone, and we will never use them again. Forgot to mention they trampled my Hydrangeas and destroyed one of my landscape bushes in the front yard.

I contacted this company on Wed. 7/16/2014 to get their prices and availability. They gave me their prices & said they could schedule my job for this week. I told them I was waiting for a quote from another company and would call back the same day as to my decision. I called them back within half an hour and explained to them that I needed the windows done no later than Friday because my family was having a big coming home party for my son who has been in the Navy for over 20 years, that he would be here a week and then was going to the middle east on his next tour of duty. The operator again said she scheduled my job for this week.

I called back Thurs. am to confirm day/time they would come. This operator found no record of any appointment for my job! I explained why I needed the job done by Friday. She told me she now put me on the schedulde for this week. When I asked, again, if she was sure they could come today or tomorrow because I needed to be here for them to do the job. I told her if they could not come on Thurs or Fri. I would postpone the job for after my son leaves. She immediately began to backpedal and said she would schedule my job for August because their crews are so busy right now. I asked her why did she first say she put me on the schedule for this week then tell me that they actually couldn't do the job this week?

The owner came on the phone and I tried to explain what happened - the missing appointment in their system, first telling me they could come this week then saying they really could not. If they had said yesterday that they couldn't come this week I would have scheduled for August. Instead of apologizing, the owner kept interrupting me as I tried to explain what happened, he told me I was unreasonable to expect anyone to come out on such short notice and he also blaimed his employees for being new and causing the mixup. ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS SAY HE WAS SORRY FOR THE MIXUP AND OFFER TO SET UP A SOLID APPOINTMENT IN AUGUST and I would have been happy.

I hope this was just a one-off situation and that he does not treat all potential customers so poorly or bad-his employees. I will use a different contractor from Angies List.

Having been using Anderson for several years then tried another company on Angie's list; now I'm back with Anderson.  Responsive in making appointment.  Showed up on the date as scheduled.  Goes the extra step to make sure gutters are clean and water flows out appropriately.

They were good. I had an extraordinary amount of windows in my house. Their work was fine. For the price, they were like everybody else.

Anderson responded quickly and was at our house in 2 days. No issues, everything went as expected.
