I am actually very surprised Anderson asked me to review their company after the horrible experience I had. I wouldn’t recommend Anderson pest control to my worst enemy. The salesmen (his name was Elvis) promised me the world with their services (set traps, find and fill any possible entryways into the house as well as indicating where contractor services may be needed to fix any major house/foundation issues + spraying the property for bugs quarterly/whenever I want them to come and spray) and the technicians (David Orr) said "they don't do any of that stuff, they don't even give us the equipment to do that stuff, we just lay mouse traps". So they did not complete any of the services they promised to me and never gave me my money back after said they were going to do so. I had to file a fraud claim through my credit card company, and after they completed their process, they concluded that ANDERSON PEST CONTROL COMMITTED FRAUD and my money was returned. Horrible customer service. I can’t even call it customer service! After two weeks of going back and forth, and having them promise they would refund my money, the district manager (named Michael), offered to meet me in the middle and give me half my money back, for them NOT doing their job! So I went over his head to his boss, who wouldn't tell me his or her name. It took me relentlessly calling to finally get their guarantee they would pay me back for everything, but then THEY DIDN’T DO IT AGAIN! That is when I contacted the BBB and my credit card company. Don’t waste your time or money. BTW, I caught the mice with less than $3 in sticky traps from the hardware stores - try those first.

After first treatment I was told it would be about 3 weeks to see results. I saw the result within a week on the inside needed a second treatment for outside. Service performed in 2017. Results have been very good in 2018.

Horrible. This is a classic case where the sales representative promise you the world over the phone and then when you need continued service, operations give you nothing but excuses.

They were very helpful and professional on the phone. The first agent that came out was not helpful or thorough. We requested a second agent the next visit and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful! When we use them again we will only be requesting his service.

Very well. Technician was knowledgeable and polite. Would recommend for short term problems, and longer term maintenance.

They provide a good service, professional and they also put me on a schedule to come out automatically.

They seemed very professional, the wasp's nest was in a vent that was going towards the home while the vent was closed so the wasps couldn't get in there but they did it in such ways that there's no, they got rid of the wasps and got rid of the off spring and protected the home at the same time and went around and inspected all the areas and got rid of spiders and that sort of thing.

Great! I received a confirmation call prior to appointment, the representative showed up right on time and was extremely personable. He was very informative. He told me that their first choice would be to resolve the issue without having to kill the bees and destroy the nest if possible. Unfortunately, this was not the case with my situation which I fully understood. He assured me that he would return if the problem was not resolved. Happily, it was resolved and I am extremely pleased with the service. I would absolutely call Anderson again if needed.

We have Anderson quarterly, but for problems they come out right away!!

This time was bees/yellowjackets in the ground. They came Saturday, not enough...back today....wow, our technician
really made an assault! She was her about 30-45 minutes. She made it a point to check first thing in the morning and call right away if needed.
Anderson has always quickly responded to us!
