General Remodeling
The job went badly from the start and only got worse as it progressed. Mr. Munro failed the framing, and plumbing inspections and blamed the blueprints for the reason, even though village inspectors said blueprints were ok and it was his fault.
He then threatened to stop all work until I paid him to redo the code violations from the failed inspections. The final straw was when he wanted me to advance him $4300.00 for the completion part of the contract He took the money along with the subs payment for brickwork and left without finishing the work or paying the sub. He will not except certified mail or answer any corrispondence.
His work was sloppy and he left the worksite in a mess. Tons of debris was left on work site costing me $450.00 to have it all removed.
