He found building code violations, mostly electrical work which was corrected. He missed a few things. The electrician I hired fixed this. The front entrance to the sidewalk had sunk. It was about a foot to 13 inches from step to bottom of cement, not per code. I could have had it fixed for less, but it may not have been done right. Safety hazard. I just had it fixed nicely and it cost $1100. The deck rails were not up to code. Also in one bedroom the carpeting was covered with remnant. Underneath it was huge stain which would not come out. He missed that. He did catch other things though.
