Tim/Tom was abusive and an overall nightmare during the term of the lease. At the end of my lease they stole over a thousand dollars of my deposit by outright lying about the condition of the property. I fortunately had my real estate agent complete the walk through with them to formally document the condition. When I requested to have my money returned to me their response was "Your latest letter is a testament to your past behavoir and your mental state." I am going to have to sue to have my money returned. For those considering flooring, the wood was mismatched in different rooms, the corners were misaligned on the tile and they put an unsealed stained marble counter top in the bathroom that they threatened to charge me to replace. I would stay as far away from this company as possible.
