+ -1 moreRay did a terrific job. His work crew left in the middle of the tear-off to work for another roofer for more money and he had to complete much of the work himself until he could get another crew to complete the tear-off. He literally shingled the house by himself! A craftsman job!
Description of Work: Re-roof of our 1894 Victorian home with 4 gables and a 12/12 roof pitch everywhere. They removed 2 asphalt shingle roofs and one cedar shingle roof. Then Ray had to re-deck the roof first, because there was split decking underneath the old cedar...plus lay down the roof felt and put rubber dams in the gable seams...then re-shingle the House with architectural shingles. He also added another 6 mushroom cap vents to the roof. The work was performed in 1995-96.
