Found out prior work on door (not from this company) resulted in bottom wheels were misaligned or installed improperly. This caused door to catch on garage frame and tear several wheels off the door and bending the track. Some wheels replaced, track bent back into shape and new seal put on bottom of garage door.

CALLED IN THE AM (SAT) UPON DISCOVERING BROKEN GARAGE DOOR SPRING. SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT BETWEEN 1:00 AND 3:00. CAME AROUND 2:00. VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.FIXED THE SPRINGS AND REPLACED 2 CRACKED HINGES AND REPLACE 10 ROLLERS. VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. DOOR WORKS LIKE A CHARM.
